We have just come back from a weekend staying at Norfolk Woods resort and spa we had 3 Lodges numbers One, two and eight they were clean spacious lovely big bedrooms no problems at all Apart from Lodge eight, which had heating problems which they did come and sort out straight away for them also washer dryer needs sorting as it Black mould all around it and the washing came out really smelly. Had a lovely weekend away with family such a nice friendly atmosphere. The restaurant and bar was very nice but could do with being open longer. The Lodge was clean and nice size plenty of room .only problems we had was the boiler keep losing pressure and was leaking water tried ringing emergency number but no answer so had to wait until 9am for reception to open for them to deal with the issue. This is a luxury resort that never fails to impress. The accommodation is modern and stylish. Everything is clean and well maintained. Each lodge has a dedicated parking space. There is a bistro on site as well as a spa, shop and swimming pool among other activities. The resort offers activities for both adults and children. This was our 2nd stay here, first in August 2024 and again between Christmas and New Year 2025. Stayed in one on the larger family size lodges next to the main Building which was clean and well maintained. If you’re a light sleeper be aware of the traffic noise at night from the main road.
