Parkdean Resorts Landguard Holiday Park, Isle of Wight

we had to rebook at landguard because we had a dog. Originally price for accommodation with a dog(£49)added were £272 and we changed from another park where we payed £320. I understand they wont refund price difference but they charged us an extra £49 for a dog. which cost us £369. Pool changing facilities poor condition, no changing option for disabled people so did not have a chance to use it. ...

The Pear caravan was advertised as luxury. It was so basic and far from it. The caravan was dirty and smelly.The double mattress was so uncomfortable the springs dug in. We did make a complaint. They only offered duvets to pad it. They really should have replaced the mattress. The club house closed at 10:30. We were really disappointed and annoyed at this.

We were originally due to stay the week before but had to cancel and rebook , All this is done online which i find inconvenient. If I could give this 0stars I would. Rude staff, not very approachable and get told lies after lies. Our caravan we stayed in, in July, we paid over £500 for 4nights for. Pool was closed due to issue with a gas leak; on the day we did manage to get in before it being closed the pool was absolutely freezing. Had to take my daughter out as she had started to go blue after less than 5 minutes. The Tots swim session was non existent no instructor getting involved for activities.
