Parkdean Resorts Thorness Bay Holiday Park, Isle of Wight

I went here around a year ago at the time of writing this, it's lovely! There's even shops in the premises and there's a beach so if you need to wind down then that's a lovely place to do so. The family loved it! Would recommend.

The location was good. Not too far from Cowes. The staff were very friendly. The grass pitch was not suitable for our campervan, for this time of year. Very muddy, and we had to be towed out by staff. We were relocated to a hardstanding pitch, but even this was still soft. The toilets and showers etc. Are very dated, and generally not that clean. 4 of us shared a 3 bed caravan which was clean. The twin rooms are very small. There were plenty of pans, cups, plates and cutlery. The caravan we had did not have any outside parking so we had to walk with our luggage from a parking bay which could be difficult if you have any mobility problems.
