Sandycove Holiday Park

Just stayed for 3 nights on the touring site with my wife and 3 kids .Parked on pitch 3 ,lovely to wake to a sea view .very clean site and has a nice new play park and a brand new shower block . Short walk to the beach. The thing I noticed some off the other pitches are along the road side of the site so I recommend you watch which pitch you pick .👍🏻

This is our static caravan, which is situated in Ballywalter. It has great views, a sandy beach, peace and quiet, and ideal for our grandson(s). We have been here a number of years and really enjoy our stays. Family and friends visit and enjoy it too. There is also a touring caravan area.

We had a 3 night stay here at the end of June on pitch 30. Nice quiet site right at the beach which was great. Everything was clean and tidy with plenty of space between pitches. A good little play park that our daughter enjoyed and made some friends. The warden called with us a couple of times and was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay at Sandycove....

Pitch 23, I picked this site as it looked quiet in the corner and ended up a little disappointed. Everything about the pitch seemed to be an after thought. There's a drain and water but they're off to the far side of the pitch meaning you need extra long drain pipes to reach. Mine is 3meters long and it couldn't reach. The water was the same so had to disconnect in order to fill the water which is...

Really enjoyed my stay... Very helpful and friendly. Lovely beach and only short walk. Toilet and shower block was really clean... My only grip was the showers themselves were full of sand on the base, I would have thought if you use the shower you should make sure you leave it clean for others, had to wear flip flops, and no plug socket for hairdryer. But I will be back....
