The resort itself is very nice. Lovely clean, well decorated cabins. And warm in winter. Good for 4 people. No on site restaurant and bar and in the winter it's very difficult to find anywhere open in and around Freshwater or without driving. No Uber eats available in the area. We stayed here for a week. Mixed reviews on our side. Location wise we loved it - colwell bay is gorgeous. Our biggest complaint is the floor was filthy. We asked them to clean the floors and they said they would and didn’t. They then told us that they did - which was completely untrue! Currently staying here for 3rd year running, and the first time I haven't been super happy. We have booked with 2 dogs, but the garden with the patio furniture in (chalet number 17) is not enclosed, which means we cannot sit outside with the dogs. Lovely place, really friendly and helpful staff! with the beach 5 mins away and a nice coastal walk to the pub it's in a perfect location! The holiday home was modern, warm, clean and tidy.
