Stayed for a week on a fully serviced pitch on the higher tier of the site. The pitches were a little on the small side compared to other CAMC sites, but still had a great time. Easy access to the site which was very well kept with lovely hills over the rolling countryside. Only a few minutes driving to Belper and nicely situated to explore the local area.

We went to The Firs Club Campsite at the weekend. It was lovely. The whole site is pin-drop quiet and even fully booked there were plenty of showers & toilets. Facilities were excellent. We had a great time & will definitely be back. This is the hard standing electric only pitch - loads of space!

What a great place this is. Beautiful location. Loved this site very chilled out. Amenities good. 45 minutes walk into Belper. Buses do run past the site. 20 minutes walk to Heage village. Great local very friendly pub called the spanker inn.

We were really warmly welcomed by Jeanette and allocated a pitch. It was absolutely spectacular. As newbies we needed a bit of help and Chris the warden helped us a few times. The toilet blocks were immaculately clean and I used them at different times o...
