amazing camping area for visiting london. there are plenty of spots. no toilets or showers, so bring a camper which has those in it. there is fresh water and an area to get rid of waste water, as well as a place to clean your chemical toilet. nice view onto a small river and sometimes cows on the other side of the river. train station is around 15 minutes from the camping. all in all an amazing ca...
Lovely quiet campsite. Convenient for Hampton Court , Bushy Park Run and surrounding Thames villages. Huge disadvantage, no late check out available even when lots of space. Also one not allowed to leave the van, in the ample designated visiting area which is a shame. The site is out of the low admissions area, but one would have to enter, it to see mentioned attractions.
A little oasis in an unlikely place. Very much a base to visit London if you want to camp or caravan. No toilet blocks or showers so bring your own amenities. Electric and hard standing available but nice grass pitches also available. Had a lovely couple of days stay. It was quite and peaceful, but it is still early in the year. There are plenty of pitches and many with EHU. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised at how lovely this site and it's location was. We spent a couple of days here exploring the local area. We walked along the nearby river mole to the Prince of Wales at West End on the first evening.
