It's the sort of place you'd pop into if you're staying at Walton on Thames Camping and Caravanning Club Site and fancy a rainy afternoon indoors, or if you need to charge devices and grab some wifi while the kids flick through the children's section.

Truth is, unless you're a keen reader or need to access the local studies collection, there's not much reason to make it a destination in itself.
