Was the end of the season, October. Good clean park. Caravans in excellent condition. Staff friendly and helpful

Good security. Clean with all the amenities. The shop is expensive though and if you are in West sands you have to use it or go into Selsey, which is a long way to go for a pack of beers or a pint of milk.

There was fighting in the evening entertainment where glasses and other objects were thrown at people the security were punched pushed and had objects thrown at them aswell as my disabled 2 year old was nearly knocked out of her buggy and my other daughter was so distraught she was screaming and crying. The same night we had to wait over 2 hours for someone to help with our electrics in our carava...

Nice place and plenty for the children to do in the water park section, this is covered and used year round. Caravans are quite good and the site is quiet enough. Decent dining area and club facilities, average pricing in the bars but some food dishes are a bit pricey. Had a very large amusement arcade so be prepared if you take children as it will absorb money.

This is one of the cleanest and well kept holiday parks I have been to. The food is fresh and tastes great. The staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The main problem with this site is that there is almost nothing to do with your children that doesn't require you to spend money.
