You're clipped into harnesses, working your way across rope bridges, zip lines, and wooden platforms strung between the trees - it's properly thrilling without being reckless. The courses range in difficulty, so less confident climbers won't feel pressured to attempt the black runs, and the instructors know what they're doing.

The site sits just outside Ringwood in the heart of the Moors Valley area, which means you can easily combine it with walking or exploring the wider forest landscape. It's the kind of place families base themselves at for half a day, not a full week, so it slots nicely into a broader park holiday. If you're staying at Ashley Heath Caravan Park or Forest Edge Holiday Park nearby, you could do this midweek when it's less rammed.

Go prepared for mud on your trainers and bring a change of clothes - even in summer, the forest floor stays damp.
