Lascot Hill

Standing at 291 feet, this modest Somerset peak might not compete with the Quantocks for drama, but it delivers where it counts. The climb from Wedmore takes about 45 minutes through farmland and along well-maintained footpaths, though the final stretch gets properly steep.
