Napshaw Coppice

You'll find Napshaw Coppice a proper walk through ancient woodland just outside Hereford - the sort of place that feels genuinely removed from the main tourist drag without being difficult to reach. It's a working coppice with a real working history, so you're walking through what amounts to managed forest rather than manicured parkland. The paths wind through mixed woodland with plenty of space to breathe, and there's something satisfying about being among trees that have been worked by hand for centuries.
