The real value? It's free, accessible, and it's barely five minutes from Bryn Gloch Caravan & Camping Park if you're staying there. That matters when you've got restless children or when the weather's decent enough for a morning constitutional before heading to Snowdonia proper. If you're based at Llys Derwen or Glan Gwna - both only a couple of miles away - you could slot this in without faffing about with travel times.

Don't expect anything fancy. There's no admission charge to worry about, no queues, no gift shop. It's just a park doing what parks do. Useful, pleasant, forgettable in the best way possible when you're after a quiet break from the campsite.
