The facilities are decent rather than fancy, which is exactly what you want from a local leisure centre.

It's worth knowing this place exists if you're staying at one of the nearby campsites - Guilden Gate Glamping or Shepreth Mill are both within a few miles - and the weather turns grim. On a decent day, though, you'd probably rather be out exploring Royston's cave system or wandering around the countryside. If you've got teenagers who need a proper swim or gym session, or younger kids who'd enjoy the pools, it's conveniently placed and does the job well. Staff are friendly enough, and the changing facilities are clean.
