St Oran's Church

This small medieval church sits on the island of Iona, just off the Argyll coast near Oban, and it's genuinely one of those places that stops you mid-stride. You'll need to catch the ferry from Fionnphort to reach Iona, which is part of the experience rather than a drawback. Go on a clear day and the journey across is half the charm.
