If you're camping locally - Washington Caravan Park is barely 1.5 miles away - this works as an evening outing rather than a full day. You could comfortably spend two to three hours here, longer if you're eating. The vineyard walks are suitable for families with older kids, though there's not masses to occupy restless under-eights.
