Very good camp site ,clean and tidy booked a last min get away the owner went out of his way to help could not ask for some where better definitely come back 100%well worth a visit

This is a very peaceful place just south of Skegness. The site comprises of several holiday cottages/ barn conversions and a site for putting your caravan. It is very near a lovely river, arable fields and 6 min walk from the town/ shops. Lovely campsite with electric grass and hard standing pitches. Quiet, village location close to riverside walks, but only a short journey to Skegness and all of its amusements. Good dog walks adjacent to the site. The site comprises of four separate camping areas and so never feels crowded. Stayed at River cottage. Well appointed, with very large living room and bedroom. Kitchen had all you need. The hot tub was brilliant. Barbecue was unusable as the grill was too rusty. The river is so close to the cottages. Although advised as fishing on site , with maybe a mile of riverbank ? There was only one ' peg ' that gave access to the river. But in all I would recommend this cottage.
