I appreciate we visited following a very wet couple of months and it was off peak, but there is really nothing to do here for the money except fish I guess...was even told that by the guy in the shop that there's no walks, unless you walked along a main A road, which we did, that was very busy with speeding vehicles whose drivers glared at you walking it. Excellent park. Despite being school hols it never felt too crowded and noise levels were kept low despite a mix of tents and camper vans. Cafe is nice and the craft shop on site is lovely too. The plots are well sized and space is ample. The areas to walk are stunning and it is super dog friendly. Very happy to have found this place after having to cut our weekend short from another site down the road diamond (stay clear you have been warned) After speaking to the lovely lady on the phone 8am and telling her our troubles she was amazing and said for us to make our way over where she’d find us a spot she couldn’t of been more accommodating even wavering the kids fees. Had a great stay for a long weekend. The staff are so friendly and lovely! The site is clean and showers are great! Cafe was really good apparently the best biscoff milkshake my niece has ever had! Would definitely visit again. Thanks guys for having us!

We've just spent 4 nights at this great touring caravan park site and enjoyed some good fishing. The reception staff and shop are excellent, catering for all needs. The cafe was lovely too, delicious breakfasts. Facilities are clean and the pitches are very generous in size. All in all a really good stay and we will be returning.
