Lovely campsite with great staff, been a few times now and it certainly will be visiting again. Dog friendly grounds and great walks. 10 minutes by car to Lincoln. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking for friends to visit in the car park next to the site.
Excellent campsite, £25/night, 8 minutes to grocery shop, 5 minutes to bus stop, busses every 10' to Lincoln, lovely friendly staff, café open from 10:15-16:00, clean hot showers. Lynn was the star of the campsite, thank you very much ❤️
Great council run site in a stunning location. Quiet and well maintained site. Clean toilets and showers. Great value for money.
Arrived today, 1st July 2024, for a 4 night stay, and got to say we're impressed. Weather not good (yet) but Lincoln can't be blamed for that ! Site is part of a county park so lots of good walks to be had, plus bus route just a short walk away for visits to historic Lincoln, which is well worth a visit for either history or the shops (used to live only 10 miles away so regular visitor). But back ...
Stayed here for two nights. Warden was very friendly and helpful. First night we just walked round the lakes in the park. Second day we got the bus into Lincoln. Bus stop about 5 minutes from campsite. Toilets /shower are basic, but kept spotlessly clean and very warm. Great site to chill out or for visiting Lincoln. Highly recommended we will definetely return. :)
