Holme Pierrepont Campsite

I have used this campsite several times. Booking is easy, for camping to pod types. Extending your stay is also easy. However, the showers and toilets are not clean. I have been on this site at the low and high season and sinks and drains have not been cleared. My last visit the only cleaning done was a mop sweep from the showers to the doors. Rented a hard pitch. Was nice, plenty room. Easy checking, all in email. Old, out dated bathrooms, mostly clean. Tiny showers. Have to hang everything, no seat, bench or curtin/wall. Everything will get wet.

Was staying here for a kayaking regatta at the National Watersports centre - for which by the way its perfectly located (1 min in car or short 8 min walk). Stayed on Rafters field which was just big grass field with a few electric hookup points, pitches weren't marked out so was difficult to know what part was yours.
