Knotlow Farm Caravan & Campsite, Glamping Pods & Indoor Arena

Had two nights here mid September. Lovely quiet site, as other reviewers have mentioned there is some farm animal noise and aircraft passing overhead, but ear plugs, beer and wine solve that 🤣. The Limestone way runs through one of the fields and you can walk into Monyash in 20 minutes. Clean and warm facilities, including indoor lot washing. Will revisit.

The facilities are nice, clean. Freezer for your cold packs and washing up inside which is nice. The showers are 20p for 2 minutes so remember your change! and fire pits are £5 per night, plus fuel, perhaps a deposit would be sufficient? But it did feel like a lot of added extras when we’d already paid £24 a night to stay here.

I had a great stay at this peaceful and well-maintained campsite. The welcome was warm, and the small shop at reception was a useful addition. The amenity block was exceptionally clean and well lit, with excellent showers at 20p for two minutes. Great campsite with loads of space. Has the benefit of a shop on site. Excellent value - especially for solos. Good 4G signal with Three (apparently not Vodafone though!). Excellent toilet and shower facilities - 20p to use the shower per 2 mins. Also a nice indoor pot wash station. Nice campsite, reasonably priced, showers clean and warm enough. Family field, and separate fields for adults only. No issues finding space on some flat ground. Pizzas and breakfast rolls very good. Easy access to walks straight from the site.
