Booked a superior lodge for my partners birthday @£170 for the night. What a total disappointment!!! The lodge was nothing special at all, minimal facilities, had to complain about no hot water, handyman advised it was fixed, we tried again and let shower run for 1 hour and still nothing. Advised reception the morning after and received just an apology!!! If our lodge was superior then I would...

Reasonably large campsite. Hot tub pitches are great although the site is quite noisy especially when the Paddle courts are in use. Washblock is ok, and you can see they try and keep it clean

We had a brilliant pre christmas break. We staying in our campervan on a hot tub pitch and can't wait to return. The hot tub was really clean as were all the facilities. The reataurant/cafe was warm and food great. All staff were really friendly and helpful.

We stayed on one of the touring hot tub pitches and had a brilliant experience. The hot tubs were spotless and perfect for us as a family to relax in. One evening we tried the on-site pizzas, which were delicious, and really added to the stay. The site itself is large, and has plenty to explore, with shops that were definitely worth a visit. A really enjoyable break all round!
