Parkdean Resorts Cayton Bay Holiday Park, Yorkshire

Ideal base for visiting the Yorkshire coast. We paid £100 for all inclusive meals. Nice unpretentiou food. Im a vegetarian and unfortunately the options were very limited, but I managed to find something every day. The breakfast was especially good.

Lovely location. What I do have an issue with is paying £385 for 3 nights and not being supplied with toilet paper in the supposedly 'gold' standard accommodation.. Come on Parkdean. Must do better than that. Van okay, not totally clean. TV mounted so high may as well have been on the ceiling.

Location location location The location of this place is ideal for exploring Scarborough and the surrounding areas, also the views of cayton bay provide are pure Yorkshire magic. The check in team were friendly and helpful, and getting checked in was a quick and easy process. Check in process needs to be streamlined. Only 2 people behind the desk (one of which went for a cup of tea) checking in a queue of people out the door. A nice trip away with the kids, caravan was basic but clean. The kids enjoyed the entertainment! Location was good, easy walk to the beach. We didn’t eat on site but from what I saw the portions looked good. Pool was basic but fine. I liked the fact the site was on the smaller side but I know some may prefer a bigger campus.
