Shawsmead Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite

Very quiet and spotlessly clean facilities,Anthony and Wendy are a lovely couple, very friendly, professional and really are a credit to the club. I wouldn't recommend it for children,as it is very rural,but for a peaceful break it's perfect,nearest convenience shop is two miles away in llanarth,with other shops in Aberaeron, Aberystwyth or Cardigan

Lovley site in a quiet location. We stayed 2 nights here in a camper van with electric hook up although we didn't connect up as it was not needed. We would have needed a long cable to connect to main post so be mindfull others were fine. Site was immaculate and well maintained and we moved pitch on arrival which was no trouble with the staff who were amazingly helpfull and friendly nothing was any...

Full marks for Shawsmead, the wardens are lovely, and the site is quite. Pitches are spacious and your 10 mins from the coast. The facilities are fab and clean, and plenty for everyone! We will be back to this lovely site!

All the grass pitches are in the middle of the field, which I didn’t like much because I don’t like people at the back of our caravan, but if you have no windows at the back it should be fine. The toilets and showers were very clean, the area was lovely, new quay being especially nice. The only thing was, we found it to be quite a windy exposed site.
