So from booking, check-in and the lodge we stayed in, was all fantastic. The service when you arrive is amazing and friendly and always with a smile! The staff at every contact point are super helpful and even the guys riding round the grounds doing the up keep give you a smile and helpful guidance if you ask them. The location Nodes point was a really lovely place all in all. You have a beach nea...
I was really disappointed with how the arcade inside this caravan park is run. I won my prize fairly from the slot machine when it got stuck, but when I went to claim it I was told I could only have two prizes, even though there were no signs explaining this rule. Location on the beach was excellent for walks. We stayed in a static caravan which was ok but did tend to smell of dogs after the first couple of days. All the staff that we met were friendly enough and the park as a whole had good amenities. If you are looking for a good family holiday or kids holiday this is the place for you. But if you want a quieter break avoid the school holidays.
