We are currently at this site and I think it does exactly what it says on the tin. If you want a chilled weekend then it is perfect. Lots of walks and local restaurants if you wanted to go out to pass the time. The site is on a working farm and the animals are in the fold next to you. You don’t get woken by them in the morning so that’s a great bonus. The owners are very friendly. Fresh water on s...
Katie and Alistair managed to squeeze our family of 4 in very last minute and were very welcoming. We fancied a nice spontaneous night of camping and that's just what we had. Nice basic campsite. Some lovely dog walks around the place. A woods just the other side of the little river. Lots of other dogs on the site and most were well behaved! Owners are really nice and helpful but mostly leave you be! It is a working farm and the ground in the fields is quite rustic but it was absolutely what we were looking for!
