South Meadows Caravan Park

Lovely site, decent sized pitches and being superior serviced , even better. Toilet and shower facilities were spotless clean and warm. Wi- fi and tv signal best I’ve had anywhere without having to pay extra. Exercise area for dog on site along with a nice woodland walk was an extra bonus. All in all had a great few days here and will definitely be back

Stayed here with our Campervan and it was SO nice! The toilet and shower block was SPOTLESS and heated and felt like a hotel. Very modern and in the shower was a showergel dispenser provided. The pitches were spacious and even and you could chose which one you’d like on their website. The campsite is also very close to Bamburgh Castle (12min by car). Overall would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately, South Meadows was not a good experience. I'm giving it two extra stars because at least everything was there and the staff was very friendly. The hot water in the nearby shower block was broken, so we had to walk a long way. In the morning, we saw that the hose at the fresh water point near us was also broken. The best caravan site we have ever stayed at. Place was absolutely spotless. It was nice and quiet. Good distance between vans. The on site takeaway food was superb with different foods offered on different nights. Definitely be back.
