Lovely back to nature campsite on working farm in beautiful surroundings. Facilities are basic - compost toilets & 2 showers, but don't let that put you off. Toilets are clean & emptied daily. Lovely campsite with plenty of space for kids to play in the fields, great views of the surrounding landscape and the stars. Paul, the owner was very friendly and keen to make sure everything was ok for us. The showers were warm and spacious and the composting loos were very well looked after, clean and free of bad smells. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. It was very quiet all round..! The road up to the campsite is of your typical Devon lanes, very narrow and the site was some what "out in the sticks" The 40 minute walk to catch the ferry over to Salcombe was lovely.
