Families will find this a brilliant spot for letting kids run free - there's enough space to explore without worrying about losing them, and the varied terrain keeps things interesting. Dog walkers get proper exercise here too, with several circular routes possible depending on how energetic you're feeling. The woodland floor changes dramatically with the seasons, from carpets of bluebells in spring to crunchy autumn leaves underfoot.
