It's the kind of place locals pop into for a swim, a gym session, or to watch their kids at badminton club on a Thursday night. Nothing fancy, nothing designed to fill an afternoon if you're visiting the area.

That said, if your caravan holiday at Baldock Park Homes or Radwell Lake campsite happens to fall during school holidays and the kids are climbing the walls, it's a functional option. You can get them in the pool for an hour, burn off some energy in the sports halls. The facilities are standard - indoor swimming, gym equipment, activity courts. Not the sort of place you'd drive across Hertfordshire to visit, but convenient if you're already staying nearby.
