Saint Andrew is a proper Norfolk-Suffolk parish church, the sort that rewards a slow look rather than a quick phone snap. Inside, there's medieval stonework and the usual accumulated layers of centuries - old bench ends, worn memorials, that particular smell of damp stone and beeswax that you only get in places like this.

It's the kind of stop that appeals to people actually interested in church architecture and local history rather than casual visitors. Allow thirty minutes, maybe longer if you like reading epitaphs. There's no admission charge, though the door might not always be open - worth checking locally when you arrive at your holiday park.

From Parkdean Resorts Kessingland Beach or Pigs in Blankets, it's barely a ten-minute drive, making it a decent option on a rainy afternoon when the beach isn't calling. The village itself is small and quiet, which is either the point or utterly pointless depending on what you came for. If you're the type who photographs every lectern and squints at Victorian plaques, you'll find something here. If you're counting down minutes until the arcade opens, probably not.
