This nature reserve sits right on the town's doorstep, offering a proper slice of Pembrokeshire countryside without needing to drive anywhere. The reserve protects a mix of woodland and open grassland, with pathways that wind through the lot, giving you space to stretch your legs and spot whatever wildlife's about that day.

It's the sort of place that rewards a gentle wander rather than a structured itinerary.
