Beautiful setting on a small family run campsite. The owners are incredibly friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. The showers and toilets were immaculate with hot water ( no coins needed!) and the wood fired pizza oven was a treat especially when hand delivered to our campervan. We stayed in a small Shepards hut and it was lovely! The huts also come with a little fire! The bed was high up but had a stool under the bed to stand on. They also have a hammock in the trees! Sometimes we just go camping there for fun. Definitely recommend!

Stayed in the "Romantic Shepherds Hut" for 3 nights and our stay was pretty much perfect. There's running hot and cold water, a mini fridge, cupboards, hooks for clothing, a spacious and comfy bed, easy and quick to heat up in the cold and an electric fan for when it's warm. There's also a television with free-view type channels and a WiFi connection for you to sign into apps such as Netflix, Disn...

Cannot recommend this lovely place enough. Camp site is small and family friendly, just what we were looking for. The couple that run it cannot do enough for you too, so friendly and helpful. Lovely clean facilities and plenty of hot water! The little shop is great for snacks and a cheeky coffee. We really loved it and fully intend to book it again in the summer.

Fab stunning location Close to local attractions Shepherds hut stunning for a small get away! We stayed for a week as a family of 4, maybe a little too small for us, but that's on us not the place.
