Proctors Park

I working on building sites everywhere in UK. I called Proctors Park. To get pitch I have to send my driving licence with current address additionally prove of address. After that requested bank statement plus Prove of immigration status. Never to get a pitch requested bunch of documents. If you want go for holiday do not forget bunch of documents with you 🤣

Oh dear, what can I say about this place. Scruffy, unkempt, scrap vehicles everywhere, scruffy makeshift lean tos on the side of the caravans. Bit of a shanty town. facilities a long way to walk and not good. This place should not be calling itself a campsite. I didn’t feel safe although the staff assured me it is - not sure how they quantify that. I booked without checking the t&cs. No refund eve...

Plenty of space. But rather scruffy. I love the old sunken boats and the old earth moving kit. But others will see rubbish. Many of the caravans look rather neglected. It is a peisful site, but the main road goes over the site, so trafic noise is constant.

Very much a residential park and not touring. The whole place is tired. Seems to be a lot of junk and rubbish around and loads of seemingly abandoned caravans. There seems to be a lot of permanent residents who were friendly so the place must have some positive points but we couldnt find them. Toilets - very old, smelly but relatively clean. The bar looked abandoned. Found only one chemical dispo...

It's good for the price. When we arrived we realised that reception was closed and neither the normal or the emergency number was picking up. There is a lot of junk everywhere including old cars, tyres and lawnmowers etc. We had a good few days here although we were a 15 minute walk from the toilets. It's okay for a short stay and the surrounding area is really nice.
