Rue Hill Campsite

Me and some friends came for a weekend break and will almost definitely be returning. The campsite is set in such a beautiful and peaceful area, and super accommodating to groups. It was quiet and relaxing, just what we needed. The onsite facilities are fantastic and the owners are lovely people and super relaxed! Would definitely recommend :)

Fab couple of nights away with the family here. We had queries regarding our stay before we booked which were quickly answered. We pitched our tent in the family field with a great view over the adjoining fields. The kids loved the badminton net and football nets and they had plenty of room in the field to play in. Great campsite. The owners are doing a great job. Very clean amenity block.everywhere very well kept. Clean and tidy. Very well mowed lawns. Different areas to pitch up depending on family, adult only or tents etc. they also have luxury bell tents available to hire. Very peaceful area overlooking fields etc. good walks from the site. Excellent would definitely recommend.

What a gorgeous little campsite! So many amenities that we didn’t expect but were such a lovely touch. The owner was so helpful and even provided us with a map she had made herself of the surrounding area which we loved. Showers were clean and spacious and fire pits provided at a small charge. We stayed for 5 nights and will definitely be back!

Really lovely site. The lady owner found a football for my little girl and we played in the footy nets that were provided. We pitched away from everyone and there was plenty of space. Toilets and free showers were immaculate and always with a radio playing (that you can't hear outside). We stayed for Alton Towers and it's only a short drive.
